Privacy Policy

Website Usage & Access

By accessing glowvera.cc, you agree to use this site for its intended purpose: viewing cleaning services, checking coverage areas, and contacting glowvera for bookings or inquiries. We operate from Calle 50 #81B-19 Oficina 603, Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia.

You must be 18 years or older to submit a booking request or contact form. If you are representing a business (e.g., property manager, short-term rental host), you confirm you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Prohibited Use: Scraping, automated data collection, or any activity that disrupts site performance is strictly forbidden. We monitor for abuse and will block IPs attempting to harvest pricing data or contact lists.

  • Bookings require 24-hour advance notice for standard service.
  • Access to the property (key, code, or client present) is mandatory.
  • Prices are fixed per room count—no hidden fees for standard tasks.

Service Booking & Satisfaction Guarantee

Booking Window: Standard cleaning requires 24-hour advance booking. Express service (same-day) is available for select neighborhoods in Medellín, subject to team availability and a 20% express fee.

Access Requirements: A cleaner must be able to enter the property at the scheduled time. If you opt for "key drop," you agree to provide secure access and accept liability for any access issues (e.g., building security delays).

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the cleaning quality, notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to address specific issues at no extra charge. This guarantee does not cover areas or tasks not listed in the original service checklist.

Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% fee of the total service cost. No-shows (cleaner arrives, no access) are charged 100%.

  • Confirming the exact price per room (no variable rate surprises).
  • Reading a review from a neighbor in El Poblado or Laureles.
  • Finding a clear cancellation policy that respects client time.

Liability, Damages & Limitations

Damage Reporting: Any damage caused by our team must be reported within 2 hours of service completion. Provide photo evidence. We will repair or replace items up to a maximum of COP 500,000 per incident.

Pre-Existing Conditions: glowvera is not liable for damage from pre-existing wear, loose fixtures, or fragile items not disclosed prior to service (e.g., antique furniture, unsealed surfaces).

Product Choice: We default to biodegradable, eco-friendly products. Strong chemicals (e.g., bleach for grout) are available on request but may not be suitable for all surfaces. You accept responsibility for specifying product preferences.

Service Interruptions: We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or building access issues in Medellín. In such cases, we will reschedule at the earliest available slot.

Dispute Resolution & Contact

Good Faith Resolution: We prefer to resolve issues directly. If you have a dispute, email us at [email protected] with "Dispute" in the subject line. Include booking date, address, and photos. We will respond within 48 hours.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any legal proceedings must be filed in Medellín, Antioquia.

Updates: We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change. Continued use of glowvera.cc after updates constitutes acceptance.

What’s Not Included

These terms do not cover service-level agreements for commercial contracts (e.g., office cleaning subscriptions). For B2B, a separate contract is required.
