Information We Collect
We operate on a minimum viable data principle. Our intake forms ask only for what is strictly necessary to execute a service.
1. Contact Details
Name, WhatsApp number, and email address for scheduling and coordination.
2. Property Access
Address (Calle 50 #81B-19) and entry instructions (key drop, doorman). We delete access codes 24 hours post-service.
3. Payment Records
Transaction IDs for Nequi/Bancolombia transfers. We do not store credit card numbers.
